I am a huge fan of Yellena James (and have posted about her before), but have yet to buy any of her prints, because I just can’t decide which I like best! Now she has a new calendar available ($24), and even though I already bought a calendar for next year, I had to snag one. It looks amazing and I can’t wait to see it in person!

Etsy Find: More random Christmas ideas

Here are some more products I’ve seen on Etsy that might be good for someone on your shopping list. I hope to create some more specific “gift guide” type lists later on, but this will have to do in the interim.

Today Emily Martin of The Black Apple posted a print-it-yourself Halloween card. It’s too cute! I don’t generally send out Halloween cards, and I’m not throwing a shindig to invite anyone to, but I’m going to get some of these out in the mail anyway.

Isn’t her work fantastic? I bought her Neko Case-inspired print, and I love it.

Looking to 2009

Oh, 2009. Not only will America turn a page when we get a new President, but each of us will start the year with a clean slate, ready and willing to fulfill our every ambition. And what better way than with a great calendar?

This is the calendar that I got for myself, from ilee papergoods. Get it here at etsy. $22

Here are a few more than I considered:

From JHill Design, this calendar is also available in a desk version. $30

If I could justify it, I would absolutely get the Radius ’09 poster. It’s probably one of the most visually interesting I’ve seen. £65

Here’s a unique idea! This calendar from paperedtogether comes perforated and with twelve envelopes, so you can send a friend the pretty picture once the month is complete. $40
